Privacy Policy

All your information will be kept private and confidential.

Emergency Contacts:

Please leave name and number of Veterinarian, close family members or friends. Please inform when other people will be entering the house or have access while your away.cleaning services ,repairs neighbors etc

If here should be anyone other than me in your house. I need to be fully aware of this before the contract date. You should make your neighbors, family members, and friends aware that I am pet sitting in order to avoid any complications or misunderstandings. Please do not have them feed your pets, I do leave logs and would appreciate a note from them that they were there in case anything is moved or different I know why. 

Secure booking

Please make sure you book ahead. Holiday time, kids spring and winter breaks. Clients can book. Clients can book weeks to months in advance

long stay sit booking require a 40 percent non refundable deposit

cancellations or change of venue of date less then 48 hours will be charged in full . Holiday bookings will be paid in full . Exception to the rule are severe weather and medical emergencies.

Early return and extended stays

Will be adjusted accordingly . Full payment is due for the original dates scheduled including early returns.

Walking agreement is put in contract for weekly day to day walks . Cancelation rates apply. Exceptions are severe weather and medical emergency.

Most walks and outings are tailored to dogs needs. There is flexibility in the scheduling if needed.

Dog Walking and Mid Day visits guidelines

I am always concerned about the safety and wellbeing of any pet in my care. I make sure they have fresh water and a clean environment.

Fresh water, plenty of food and litter box for cats.

For dogs, I recommend a minimum of two half hour visits walks or potty breaks per day.

Most requested 3 visits a day for smaller, older dogs, or high energy dogs. 

Have collars, tags, leashes, harnesses readily available

Please leave enough food , treats, litter ,paper towels , a dog towel and poop bags just in case your not able to return when planned

Leave out detailed instructions for all medications. (If something has changed from our consultation).

Put ID/microchip tags on all pets and their current rabies tag.

Leave out favorite toys for pet to play with or a new toy I can give them.

Keep out of reach potentially dangerous things your dog or cat can swallow or things that can get stuck or cause choking and that includes dental chews and anything rawhide

close off all rooms or areas where pets are not allowed, some people put a baby gate, stools or large mats on furniture they don't want their pets on.

thermastat control

Set the thermostat to keep the house comfortable for the pet during your absence, if I thinks it's too hot or cold, I will adjust it.
